Product purchases are governed by the licence supplied with that product and the terms displayed by the seller at checkout. TileForge is proprietary software licensed to one user under its included agreement. Product output remains the user's, subject to rights in imported content.
Downloads and website information are supplied in good faith but may change. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of VITAE Creations software, branding or source code. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Before public launch, have these short website terms, the product EULA, refund wording and storefront terms reviewed by a qualified South African commercial/IP lawyer.
